L'idea di costruire un nuovo sito nasce dal desiderio di documentare la ricchezza di vita che fiorisce dall’esperienza del Pellegrinaggio.
Sono noti i numeri di partecipazione sempre in crescita, le grandi personalità che sono state presenti, l’attenzione agli avvenimenti di gioia e di dolore che hanno segnato questi trent’anni.
Da dove nasce questa ricchezza?
È evidente che nessuna organizzazione avrebbe potuto farla accadere.
“Il vero protagonista della storia è il mendicante. Cristo mendicante del cuore dell’uomo e il cuore dell’uomo mendicante di Cristo” (Luigi Giussani).
Il gesto più classico della tradizione ci sfida, così, ad imparare ciò che credevamo di sapere.

Sebbene il vecchio sito si sia rivelato un validissimo strumento in grado di offrire agli utenti tutti i contenuti delle varie edizioni del Pellegrinaggio, abbiamo ritenuto opportuno che, oltre ad un restyling grafico, fosse necessario ripensare il nostro portale anche dal punto di vista concettuale.
Ci siamo resi conto che bisognava pensare al sito non solo come contenitore di documenti, ma anche come spazio dove mostrare l'esperienza del pellegrinaggio a chi ci incontra in rete e dove dare la possibilità a chi vi partecipa di rivivere e approfondire questo gesto.
Abbiamo quindi tentato di rendere i contenuti più accessibili e immediati, dando più respiro alla fruibilità dei testi, delle immagini e dei video, dal popolo che lo anima ai volontari che dedicano il loro tempo perché tutto questo sia possibile. Abbiamo cercato di dedicare più spazio alla Fiaccola della Pace e all'associazione “Amici del Pellegrinaggio”, e per questa ragione presto attiveremo anche delle aree dedicate alla loro opera, dove incontrarsi, scambiare contenuti e opinioni, sostenere il pellegrinaggio. Abbiamo deciso di potenziare i servizi di newsletter e di gestione dei contatti, predisponendo delle sezioni per i volontari e per la stampa, perché rimangano sempre aggiornati.
Il nuovo sito, per come è concepito, amplia le possibilità di gestione e di servizi: non è il risultato di un tentativo, ma un punto di partenza su cui costruire e in cui coinvolgere chiunque abbia voglia di dare il proprio contributo... Vi aspettiamo!

The idea of making a new website arises from the wish to document the richness of life that flourishes from the Pilgrimage experience.
We all know the increasing numbers of participation, the great personalities that took part, the attention to the joyful and painful events that marked the last three decades.
Where does this abundance come from?
It is obvious that no organization could make it happen.
“The true protagonist of the history is the beggar. Christ who begs for man's heart and man's heart who begs for Christ” (Fr. Luigi Giussani).
So the most classical gesture challenges us to learn what we thought we already think to know.

Even though the old website was an effective tool that could provide all the content of the various Pilgramage editions to the users, we consider appropriate that, in addition to a graphic restyling, it is necessary to rethink our portal also from a conceptual perspective.
We realized that we need to think to the website not only as a documents file, but also as a space where to show the pilgrimage experience to anyone who meets us online and where to give the opportunity to who take part in it to live again and to deepen this gesture.
We tried therefore to make the content more accessible and immediate, giving more space to the usability of the texts, images and videos, from the people who enliven it to the volunteers who give their time in order to make all this possible. We tried to give more space to the Torch of Peace and to the association "Friends of the Pilgrimage", and, for this reason we will soon start some areas dedicated to their work, where to meet, to share content and opinions, to support the pilgrimage. We decided to enhance the nwesletter service and the contacts management, preparing some sections for the volunteers and the press, in order that they will be always up-to-date.
As the new website is conceived it increases the range of managment and services: this is not the result of an attempt, but a new starting point on which to build and to involve anyone who wants to contribute... See you there!
